同天下所有的母亲一样，刘钦女士一直希望自己的女儿能够成为具有优雅气质的小公主！在陪伴女儿成长的日子里，刘钦女士倾注了全部的爱，并逐渐体会到“用心关怀、用爱陪伴、真诚鼓励、懂得分享”是每个孩子健康成长的重要元素。
 

怀着对女儿无私的爱、对孩子真诚的爱，刘钦女士在爱的使命下创办了“优爱国际幼稚园”，为孩子们打造国际化的城堡王国！培养具有优雅气质的国际儿童。
 

在教育女儿的期间，让她懂得了，爱，不仅仅是物质满足和给予，更让她深刻知道，在0-6岁幼儿时期的教育是很重要的，这个时期是人生的关键期，是不可逆转的。俗话说，三岁看大，七岁看老，是具有一定道理的。她不断学习相关的幼儿教育理念，同时也拜访了国内外众多早期教育专家，向他们请教关于0-6岁成长期教育的问题，感受到幼儿教育关键期教育的重要性后，强烈地萌发出想在幼儿教育领域一定要做点事情的信念。只有这样，才能帮助更多的孩子，成就更多的孩子们！基于这样的使命和情怀，她把所有精力都投入到了幼教行业，对教育的这份热爱，也成了她一生的追求和使命！
 

她创办了中国首家优爱国际幼稚园，优爱国际隶属于美国优爱集团旗下，成立于2015年3月份，是美国优爱集团在中国斥巨资打造的高端国际化幼稚园。优爱国际幼稚园本着以爱育爱，止于至善的品牌文化，融合中西文化精髓，主张幼儿教育应以“根系教育”为核心，倡导关怀个体，尊重差异，培养个性的教育观，做国际幼儿园创新教育的畅导者，中西教育优化的践行者；致力于成就优爱宝宝的三大特质：健康快乐、富有创意、国际视野;优爱的宗旨：让优爱的每个孩子都懂得发现爱、感受爱、表达爱、传承爱优爱的使命就是：用生命感召生命，用爱心立德树人。

Like all mothers in the world, Ms. Liu Qin has been hoping that her daughter would grow up with the noble characteritics of a ltte princess ! In the days when she accompanied her daughter, Ms. Liu Qin devoted all her love to her growth, and gradually realized that "caring by heart, accompanying with love, sincere encouragement and understanding sharing" constituted the significant elements for each child's healthy growth.
 

Because of the endless love for her daughter and sincere love of children, Ms. Liu Qin created "U&I Intemational Kindergarten" as a castle kingdom for children and encourage the children to have noble characterstics and an Intermational atmosphere inside the great "Castle full of love."
 

While educating her daughter, she realized that "love" was not only for giving material satisfaction to children, but the most important for educating children. It is important to grasp the critical period of children from 0 to 6 years of age to cultivate them, because you can never get the crucial periods back again.As the saying goes, one's adulthood can be figured at the age of 3 and her old age can be seen when she is 7 years old, which is correct to some extent. She keeps leamning related concepts of early childhood education, and has also visied some Chinese and foreign education experts, and asked them questions about how to educate 0 to 6 year old children correctly, she felt early childhood education was the most important part of education. That is when she germinated a strong belief that she would do something in the early education field. Only in this way she could help culivate more children! Based on the mission and feelings, she put all her effort and love into the preschool education industry as her life-long pursuit!
